AI introduction

I introduce AI in a company only where that company names a measure it already tracks. The model runs on the company's systems, or in an EU environment the company names. A person at the company releases what has an effect. After the pilot, the company reads the same measure.

1. Name the measure
The company names a measure it already tracks. A wish for AI without that measure is not an engagement.
2. Test whether AI can move it
One bounded pilot. The model sits where the company says it may sit.
3. Read it again
After the pilot the company reads the same measure. Fewer hours on a named step count when they are written down.
